Shipping Time & Production
We normally need 2–5 business days to complete product production. After production, standard shipping takes 10–15 business days.
The shipping time displayed on our website is for reference only and represents the timeframe within which 95% of orders are fulfilled. Due to circumstances beyond our control, some orders may take longer. No refunds will be issued for delayed shipments. If you need your curtains by a specific date, please contact us in advance at uk@joydeco.com to confirm the delivery timeframe and place your order accordingly.

- Delivery is only available on weekdays (excluding public holidays).
- We do not ship to military addresses or PO Boxes, only to street addresses such as home or office.
Order Tracking
